The Return and Exchange Policy applies only to online purchases made through www.needsbmajor.com. All sales of customised items are final and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, the merchandise must be returned intact, in good condition and with the order invoice attached. It is advisable to pack and seal your return items securely as all orders will be inspected on return. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and for arranging own return shipping securely. Please also allow 14 days after the return shipped date for us to get back to you.
If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item. Please note that returns are only accepted within 14 days from the order date.
