DELIVERY offers shipping internationally. We ship out orders between Thursdays – Saturdays. Please allow approximately 2 - 5 working days for local orders, 5 - 15 working days for international orders. Please note that packages may be delayed due to custom inspections in your respective countries. Rates are in SGD, Singapore Dollars. Shipment to PO Boxes may not be possible. As different countries impose different importation charges, VAT and custom duties are not included. If you have ordered items on two or more separate occasions within a short time frame, there is a chance that your items will be delivered separately. So please make sure that you have checked all your necessary items in your cart before making payment.


We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please ensure that you have given us the correct email address. It is the customer's responsibility to use the tracking number provided to trace their order. We are not responsible for updating each customer on their order's whereabouts.



Unclaimed or undeliverable packages that are mailed back to us are subject to re-shipping costs borne by the customer. We will email you with instructions to make payment for your order’s shipping fee again. A photo of the unclaimed or undeliverable package can be sent if requested. We also allow up to two reminders for re-shipping, and if still unclaimed or undelivered within 6 months, we reserve the right to take back the respective orders without issuing refunds. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, do note that there will not be a refund due to restocking fee.  


To ensure you get your order, remember to enter the correct address, keep track of your order, and check with your post office if you have missed your order delivery.
